Blocco dell'apparato digerente

We all know the stories of swallowed dimes, bubble gum, sweet corn and cellulose; and it's true they are hard to digest. At times you cannot go to the bathroom for days and you might experience tummy aches.
In most cases it comes and passes and none is the wiser; in serious cases however you have to visit a doctor.

In simple words, you ingest a 'material' that your digestive system cannot break in small pieces therefore it remains in your body for a period of time and then it exits.

This is how it works: you chew the food, the stomach grinds your food for hours into tiny pieces, in the small intestine get formed zones where the nutrients are absorbed and sends the fats, proteins and carbohydrates to the liver for further processing or storage. The last stop is the large bowel or colon - some minerals and water are absorbed before the rest goes out of the digestive system.
What remains are food particles that can't be absorbed.

So we take the example poorly cooked meat that even a none believer could agree with. Even the strongest of stomachs has problems digesting raw meat.
At that point your stomach is blocked and concentrates on breaking in small pieces the meat and everything else is delayed - you won't feel good, probably get headaches, you won't go to the bathroom and have tummy aches.

Getting back to out blood group diet, logic says the stomach must act the same with everything that shouldn't be in our diet and our bodies react differently depending on our resistance.
Group A has problems digesting meat, group 0 blocks the stomach with sweets, group B overreacts with the grains.

Let's not test it on ourselves and be very careful, perhaps even note down the 'strange' situations, and avoid them for a happier and healthier life!
