Tantissima gente è allergica ai solfiti. Quelli che hanno lo stomaco sensibile noteranno che digeriscono questo vino più alla svelta. E poi sono i solfiti che ti danno il mal di testa della mattina dopo se vuoi daverro esagerare con i bicchieri!
